We ship all around the world for free. Our products are processed as soon as we get an order and are shipped within a 2-3 business days window.
This totally depends on where you reside. We have a number of warehouses worldwide and depending on where you are currently living, it can take around 4-15 days for your order to be delivered. Additionally, we will even provide you with tracking information so that you are able to keep track of your order during our delivery phase.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, ShopPay, GooglePay and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at travelwithorionsilverstone@gmail.com
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
If for any reason your product has been damaged, we would require you to email us an image or video proof of the damaged product. From there, we will direct you on the next steps to take through email. However, it is important you send us a refund notice within 30 days of ordering the product. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept any refunds.
